The Social Hub (B Corp™) in Barcelona is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator Intern to support driving commercial results across revenue streams and coordinate bookings for our Barcelona location.

You’ll assist with inquiries, develop customer accounts, and help implement local commercial strategy while delivering exceptional guest experiences and hosting events in our vibrant, hybrid hospitality environment.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in university for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills.
• Sales-driven with a positive, can-do attitude and team orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with inquiries and bookings for Commercial Partnerships via phone, third parties, and email.
• Develop customer accounts to drive business to Barcelona properties and increase market share.
• Work within current business strategies and identify opportunities.
• Handle admin and maintain correspondence.
• Prepare the meeting & events function sheet with accurate details for the banqueting department.
• Host meetings with the banqueting department/stakeholders.
