Une entreprise leader dans la fabrication électrique recherche un(e) OPERARI/A TÈCNIC/A DE LÍNIA pour effectuer des processus de fabrication dans un environnement dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d'assurer la qualité des lignes de production, d'effectuer des ajustements mineurs et de travailler en collaboration avec votre équipe pour garantir l'efficacité des opérations. Ce poste convient aux candidats autonomes, proactifs et ayant une bonne capacité d'apprentissage.

Formación

• Expérience en processus industriels et ajustements mineurs.
• Compétences en communication et résolution de problèmes.

• Desirable: Cicle Formatiu, Grau Mitjà o equivalent
• Experience in: Industrial processes, technical knowledge of processes (small adjustments to lines, changeovers, minor maintenance). Control of line quality. Skills such as learning ability, initiative, and autonomy.

Job Summary

Perform manufacturing processes that ensure the correct and efficient construction and testing of products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Insert parts into assemblies according to visual aids.
• Restock and prepare parts, monitor inventory levels.
• Inspect material kits, deliver materials to the line, report waste, and keep the workspace clean and organized.
• Participate actively in team activities, communicate effectively, attend meetings, and demonstrate teamwork.
• Rotate regularly among the following roles:

• Welding - Inspect machine accuracy and manual placement of parts, assess weldability.
• Machine Operator - Ensure continuous operation of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Tester I - Operate automated electronic testing equipment.
• Tester II - Operate field return unit testers and automated electronic testing equipment.

Professional Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements

• Effective communication skills with management, clients, and the public.
• Problem-solving skills, data collection, fact analysis, and valid conclusions.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and related software, including Jabil software packages.
• Basic writing skills, ability to understand visual aids.
• Common sense application for simple instructions.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with occasional variables.
• Basic reading comprehension, simple correspondence, and memos.
• Numerical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpretation of graphs.
