Concentrix is seeking an Operations Manager for an onsite role in Barcelona. The candidate will coach Team Leaders and ensure SLA targets, financial goals, and quality standards are met while leading process improvements and cost management.

Requirements include at least 2 years of managerial experience in call centers, fluent English and Spanish, and strong MS Office skills. The role features a full-time schedule with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor in a call center.
• Excellent organizing and leadership abilities.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills expected.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsabilités

• Coach and supervise a group of Team Leaders.
• Improve and monitor operational processes and ensure SLA targets.
• Manage shifts, dimensions, and WFM analyses.
• Oversee quality processes and compliance.
• Control costs and report metrics to clients and management.
• Lead leadership meetings and coordinate actions with the team.
