Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader (Catalan-speaking) to supervise and support a customer service team in the fashion industry. You will coach, monitor performance, and ensure service quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead meetings, provide guidance on escalations, and promote Concentrix values while developing your team through feedback and training. This on-site role offers a permanent contract with a central Barcelona location.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Catalan + English.
• An associate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Two to four years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with ability to motivate others and drive performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and follow through on commitments.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs and working schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of a customer service team, including attendance and performance monitoring.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback sessions to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
• Monitor KPIs and service quality, identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans when needed.
• Ensure customer service delivery meets contractual requirements and business objectives.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and relevant updates clearly to your team.
• Support agents with escalated customer enquiries, providing guidance and expertise when needed.
• Lead team meetings, encourage open communication, and organize team activities to strengthen collaboration.
• Follow company policies and procedures while promoting Concentrix values and a positive team environment.
