Job summary

N Consulting Global is seeking an on-site IT technician to deliver Windows 10/11 support and hardware troubleshooting at client locations in Spain. You will work with SCCM, Intune staging, and power users during deployments, while maintaining accurate hardware records.

You will diagnose issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, manage video conferencing systems, and communicate effectively with clients and team members to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 and hardware support.
• Experience with SCCM and Intune staging.
• Onsite technical support at client locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
• Support power users in project rollouts and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for Windows 10/11 and hardware at client sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Maintain video conference systems and IMACD tasks.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Support power users in deployments and rollouts.
• Keep precise records of devices, repairs, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Perform Cisco networking troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure minimal downtime and productive users.
• Accurate and up-to-date records of device quantities, models, and conditions.
