TestYantra Software Solutions is seeking an IT Infrastructure / Field Support specialist in Spain to join our team. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals and endpoint security, and the ability to work remotely and travel between sites.

Candidates should have experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and remote support tools, plus relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or field support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals and endpoint security.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and work independently.
