Excis seeks a Field Service Engineer in Barcelona to deliver onsite and remote IT support for enterprise users. You will handle hardware/software/network issues, imaging and deployment, AD management, and AV equipment checks.

Collaboration with engineers and vendors is essential to meet SLA targets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Desktop/IT support, fluent Spanish and English, and strong customer service skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of Desktop Support, IT Support, or Field Services.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onsite and remote IT support for end users.
• Provide first-line helpdesk and desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform desktop lifecycle activities: imaging, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, hardware replacement.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with diagnostic tools and knowledge base.
• Manage user administration including Active Directory and access.
• Support and maintain local IT infrastructure: Windows workstations, servers, printers, LAN/WAN, basic networking, AV equipment.
• Support mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors for deployments, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Act as primary POC for local IT support.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents via ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent).
• Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and reporting.
