Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a results-driven On-Trade Commercial professional to drive brand growth in Spain, focusing on Premium portfolio and innovations. You will work within a dynamic team to deliver the commercial plan, negotiate at POS, and maximize distribution and visibility across On-Trade customers in your region.

You’ll be responsible for executing customer programs, activating our brands at the point of purchase, and identifying opportunities to create value for Bacardi and partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated field sales experience in consumer goods or beverages.
• Familiarity with On-Trade channels, events, or promotions.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and organize work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• As part of the On-Trade team, contribute to implement the Commercial plan for country IAP.
• Negotiate at the Point of Sale to meet Distribution & Visibility targets.
• Drive use of Bacardi's Picture of Success to activate brands at the point of purchase.
• Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi's On-Trade performance.
