Bacardi Espana, S.A. is seeking a dynamic On-Trade sales professional to grow our premium portfolio and innovations in the Madrid region.

You will contribute to delivering the commercial plan, negotiating at point of sale, and activating our brands in On-Trade accounts. You will work towards achieving distribution and visibility targets, using the Picture of Success framework, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize value for Bacardi.

Formación

• Track record of performance in commercial, field sales.
• Affinity with On-Trade, Events and/or Promotions.
• Strong ability to organize work independently and effectively.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Good communication and active listening.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers, delivering programs in the IAP.
• Negotiate at point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Drive use of Picture of Success and brand activation at the point of purchase.
• Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in On-Trade region.
