Bacardi is seeking a dynamic On-Trade Sales professional to grow our premium portfolio and innovations within the On-Trade channel in Spain. You will be part of a team focused on developing our brands in proximity channels and delivering profitable market share growth.

We value entrepreneurial spirit, results orientation, and the ability to lead initiatives across promotions, events, and customer programs while maintaining a strong focus on core Bacardi brands.

Formación

• Demonstrable track record in commercial sales (field sales experience preferred).
• Affinity with On-Trade, events and/or promotions.
• Strong ability to organize work independently and effectively.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Good communicator and active listener.
• Team player.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to delivering our objectives: EFO and the new model in On-Trade.
• Implement the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers per the Country IAP.
• Negotiate at the point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
• Drive use of Picture of Success to activate brands at the point of purchase.
• Identify opportunities and guide development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in On-Trade customers.
