Bacardi Madrid is seeking a dynamic On-Trade Commercial professional to drive growth in premium brands, events, and activations within the proximity channel. You will implement the commercial plan for On-Trade customers and collaborate with the field team to achieve distribution and visibility targets.

You are results-driven, skilled at negotiations at the point of sale, and capable of turning strategic plans into tangible in-market actions.

Formación

• Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
• Affinity with On Trade, Events and/or Promotions.
• Strong ability to organize work independently and effectively.
• Solid negotiation skills.
• Good communicator and active listener.
• Team player.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
• Implement the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers as per the Country IAP.
• Negotiate in the Point of Sale to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
• Drive use of Picture of Success to activate brands at the point of purchase.
• Identify opportunities and guide development/execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in On-Trade.
