Job summary

Business Insights, a Software Engineering company, is hiring an On-site IT Support Specialist in Madrid to ensure smooth operation of IT equipment, applications, and workplace services. This role acts as the local point of contact for users and collaborates with international teams to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.

Ideal candidates have proven corporate IT support experience, strong Level 2 skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Strong Level 2 technical support capabilities.
• Proficient with ServiceNow for incidents and requests.
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities on site.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for Windows workstations, software, peripherals and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Install, configure, deploy and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning and access.
• Manage IT assets and inventory and perform replacements.
• Collaborate with remote teams and local stakeholders to resolve incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Monitor service levels and recurring incidents to improve user experience.
