Job summary

osapiens is hiring an IT Support Specialist to be based in Madrid. You will serve as the go-to person for day-to-day IT needs, resolving tickets, running onboardings and offboardings, and ensuring devices and accounts stay secure in a cloud-only environment.

You will collaborate with the Internal IT team to keep IT running smoothly as the company grows, supporting Windows, macOS and iOS devices and managing Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications

• ASIR (Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red)
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (users, licenses, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure
• Experience with Intune or another device management (MDM) tool
• Good knowledge of Windows and macOS, and of managing iOS devices
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshservice, Jira Service Management)
• Basic networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS) and security knowledge (MFA, Conditional Access)
• Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT support tickets (the main part of the role): license assignment, roles and permissions, access requests and other common user requests
• Provide on-site support in Madrid: hardware replacements, equipment checks, device preparation and inventory tracking
• Coordinate equipment shipments and returns for employees in Spain and other locations
• Run onboardings: prepare user accounts and devices, set up access and licenses, and solve any issues during the employee’s first days
• Run offboardings: deactivate accounts, remove licenses and recover equipment, following our IT procedures
• Document solutions and processes to build up our internal knowledge base
• Support the Internal IT team with ad hoc tasks and day-to-day operations
