Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Experienced IT Engineer to join our Madrid team in Spain. The role focuses on delivering robust IT support, training end users, and ensuring security and data confidentiality across on-site and remote environments.

You will administer Windows-based systems, manage Azure and Active Directory, and support cloud-based apps (Office 365, Atlassian tools). The ideal candidate thrives in a global, fast-paced setting and holds strong analytical skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong expertise in computer systems, including software, hardware, devices, and emerging technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows system technologies.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented approach with a focus on internal client satisfaction.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users on-site and remotely for all technical issues.
• Conduct user training on current and newly implemented applications, systems, and services.
• Ensure data confidentiality and maintain system security standards.
• Test and evaluate new hardware, software, services, and systems.
• Support the rollout of new applications and services across the Forterro Group.
• Administer Windows-based environments and manage Azure and on-premises AD.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, including servers and workstations.
• Propose system improvements and innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation and generate relevant reports.
• Assist in budget proposals, cost allocation, control and reporting.
