Job summary

Revolut is looking for an IT Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support and keep workplace technologies running smoothly. This on-site role is based in our Madrid office, supporting devices, software, and services used across the business.

You will resolve requests in line with SLAs, provisioning laptops for new joiners, decommissioning devices, and helping colleagues adopt new tools. English fluency and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT systems, networks, and enterprise tools.
• Experience with end-user support and incident management.
• Proven ability to manage vendors and outsourced services.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Nice to have experience in tech, fintech, or e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees and resolve requests quickly.
• Ensure ticket resolution in line with SLAs and manage incidents.
• Support onboarding with laptop provisioning and initial IT setup.
• Retrieving and lifecycle management of Revolut-owned hardware.
• Assist with deployment of new technologies and workflows.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to improve processes.
