Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work on-site in Barcelona, Valencia or Malaga. You will handle calls, emails and chats, resolve issues, and maintain knowledge of client applications.

The role requires Danish and fluent English, about 1 year in customer service, and basic IT skills (Windows, MS Office, internet configuration). Training is provided and opportunities for growth exist.

Formación

• 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms: Windows/MS Office and internet configuration.
• Bilingual in Danish and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat & other alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response within SLA.
• Maintain product knowledge and expertise related to customer applications.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
• Provide cover for other agents within or across teams.
• Handle administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime.
• Take on additional tasks from supervisor or mentor to maintain service performance.
