Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Norwegian-speaking) for on-site work in the electrical automotive sector. You will handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat, log details and ensure SLA adherence while maintaining product knowledge.

The role offers a permanent contract, 39 hours per week, a 21,700 EUR gross annual salary plus up to 2,000 EUR gross annual bonus, central Barcelona location, comprehensive training, and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Norwegian and English fluency required
• 1+ year customer service experience required
• Automotive industry experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat & other alerts and resolve needs
• Log call details into management systems and ensure SLA adherence
• Maintain knowledge of applications related to customer accounts and assist across teams
