Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Swedish-speaking) for an on-site role in Barcelona. You will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate guidance, and ensure service level agreements are met while collaborating with team members.

The role requires Swedish proficiency and an advanced level of English, prior customer service experience, and basic sales capabilities. Expect full training, a 39-hour work week, and a central Barcelona location.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual Swedish with advanced English.
• Experience in a similar position and industry.
• Basic sales skills, upselling and cross-selling.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers’ requests and provide necessary advice to guarantee satisfaction and ensure SLA.
• Escalate potential service issues.
• Follow all processes and procedures of the project.
• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, within the same team or across teams.
• Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on specific projects.
