Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Norwegian-speaking) to join on-site teams in Barcelona, Malaga or Valencia. You will handle customer contacts via phone, email, chat or alerts and work to resolve issues within SLA while maintaining product knowledge across client applications.

The role requires Norwegian language skills and advanced English, a customer-focused mindset, and ownership of calls to resolution.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Norwegian and advanced in English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs.
• Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts (phone, email, chat or other alerts) and resolve requests within SLA.
• Log call details in the system and provide timely responses.
• Maintain product knowledge related to customer applications and ensure SLA compliance.
