CloserHire is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for on-site work in Barcelona, Benalmadena, or Valencia. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring timely responses.

Requirements include Danish and English proficiency, 1 year in customer service, basic IT knowledge, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Relocation support is provided to help you settle in Spain.

Formación

• Danish and fluent English required.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet settings).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Experience in automotive or EV industries is a plus.
