The lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Barcelona area to handle inquiries in Danish and English. The role is on-site with regular weekday hours and a focus on maintaining high SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting calls, and collaborating with teams to improve service delivery while ensuring accurate administrative records. Candidates should be fluent in Danish and possess strong IT skills.

Formación

• Native / fluent in Danish (verbal and written).
• English proficiency minimum B2 level.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, or alerts and resolve user needs efficiently.
• Record call details in the system and meet SLA commitments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products for customer applications.
• Escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
• Adhere to project processes and contractual SLA requirements.
• Provide coverage for other agents when absent.
• Collaborate on team projects as requested.
• Manage holiday, sickness, and overtime records.
• Participate in regular team meetings.
• Perform additional tasks to ensure service quality.
