Concentrix Spain is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona on-site. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining service level agreements.

The role requires Swedish and English proficiency, prior customer service experience, and basic sales skills. You will work with IT platforms and collaborate with mentors on projects as needed.

Formación

• Proficient in Swedish and fluent English.
• Experience in a similar customer service role.
• Basic sales, upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Working knowledge of Windows/MS Office.

Responsabilidades
