CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for their on-site team in Barcelona or Benalmadena or Valencia. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support that goes beyond expectations.

You'll handle inquiries via phone, email, chat; log cases; maintain knowledge of EV products; collaborate with teammates; and contribute to continuous improvement under supervision.

Formación

• Fluent in Danish and English; customer-focused communication.
• At least 1 year in customer service.
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user inquiries.
• Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within service level agreements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of services and products tailored to the electric vehicle industry.
• Collaborate with teammates and offer support during absences or increased workloads.
• Fulfill administrative duties such as tracking leave and attending scheduled sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives led by your Supervisor or Mentor.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve user inquiries
• Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within service level agreements
• Maintain a deep understanding of services and products tailored to the electric vehicle industry
• Collaborate with teammates and offer support during absences or increased workloads

Qualifications:

• Are proficient or bilingual in Danish and fluent in English
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
• Possess basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)
• Show a proactive attitude and enjoy helping people
• Are capable of taking ownership and solving customer issues efficientlyBring experience from the automotive or electric vehicle industry – a strong advantage
• Are naturally collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow
