papernest Spain is seeking an Office Wellbeing Intern to join the People/HR team and ensure a positive, smooth, and welcoming experience for employees in the office. You will play a transversal role in daily office operations, onboarding, wellbeing, and employee support in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities include organizing onboarding, welcome packs, and spaces; supporting office life, events, and wellbeing initiatives; coordinating office supplies and facilities; and

Formación

• Student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and be proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a positive first-day experience.
• Assist with office life, events, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Coordinate office spaces, welcome packs, and facilities.
• Act as a friendly point of contact for employees on day-to-day office matters.
