Exoticca invites energetic university students to join our People team as an HR intern in Barcelona. You will gain hands-on experience supporting onboarding, document management, data updates, and contract administration in a fast-growing, international environment.

You’ll work closely with a multicultural team, sign an internship convenio, and enjoy a flexible schedule that adapts to your studies, plus a monthly stipend and travel discounts in return for your proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.

Formación

• University student able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
• High attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Fluent Spanish with intermediate English for an international environment.
• Proactive attitude, discretion with sensitive data, strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Document management: organize, file, and digitize employee records.
• Onboarding: assist for new hires with data collection and welcome kits.
• Data updates: maintain up-to-date employee information in the system.
• Administrative follow-up: manage contract signatures and other docs.
• General support: assist in office tasks and HR logistics.
