Job summary

Recruitment Direct is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Business Development Representative in Barcelona to drive new business for GenAI Ads Solutions. The role requires engaging potential clients, presenting AI-powered advertising solutions, and closing deals.

You will manage the full sales cycle and work towards revenue targets in a dynamic, international environment. The position offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year with an on-target earnings bonus of €5,175, and uncapped earning

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2).
• 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience with outbound sales and cold outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and outreach.
• Generate new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in line with targets.
• Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis with prospective clients.
• Present tailored AI advertising solutions to meet customer objectives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
