REMS invites applications for a Guest Service Agent in Malaga to create a seamless guest journey. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, and assist throughout their stay using our PMS and direct communications with guests.

The role requires strong English and Spanish writing, excellent customer service, and knowledge of Andalusia. Permanent contract, with night shifts and part-time options available, and opportunities to suggest extra services.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer relationship capabilities.
• Reactive and adaptable to issues as they arise.
• Knowledge of Andalusia's restaurants, sites, and activities.
• Experience as a hotel/Airbnb receptionist is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Guide guests using PMS and phone communications.
• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and during their stay.
• Offer additional services such as tours, cleaning, breakfast.
• Advise on local attractions and transport options.
• Cover reception at the property and coordinate with PM, Cleaning, and Maintenance.

Your mission

Guest Service Agent at REMS

Summary

The Guest Service Agent is in charge of ensuring a perfect guest experience by: communicating, welcoming and assisting them during their stay, while ensuring the quality compliance of the properties. He is also responsible for reporting to the Property Managers and Property Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
• Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).
• Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc..).
• Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).
• Cover the reception of the guests in our office.
• Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.

Conditions and Benefits

Location: Malaga historic center.

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1hour break. Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month.

For the night shift: Schedule varies from 00:00 t0 08:00 am.

Possibility of part time scheduling starting from 30H/ Week.

Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile.

Days off: 2 days per week

Salary: Between 20.500 EUR and 25.500 EUR annually.

Skills and qualifications

Good writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish (French and any other language is a plus).

Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues.

Having strong customer relationship capabilities.

Good knowledge of Andalucía is a plus (restaurants, cultural sites, activities...).T

Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or AirBnB accommodation is a plus.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
