REMS invites applications for a Guest Service Agent in Malaga to create a seamless guest journey. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins, and assist throughout their stay using our PMS and direct communications with guests.

The role requires strong English and Spanish writing, excellent customer service, and knowledge of Andalusia. Permanent contract, with night shifts and part-time options available, and opportunities to suggest extra services.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer relationship capabilities.
• Reactive and adaptable to issues as they arise.
• Knowledge of Andalusia's restaurants, sites, and activities.
• Experience as a hotel/Airbnb receptionist is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Guide guests using PMS and phone communications.
• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and during their stay.
• Offer additional services such as tours, cleaning, breakfast.
• Advise on local attractions and transport options.
• Cover reception at the property and coordinate with PM, Cleaning, and Maintenance.
