Job summary

REMS is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Malaga's historic center to ensure a perfect guest experience by welcoming guests, assisting during the stay and guiding them with local tips and services. You will use our PMS and phone systems to communicate, check-in guests, and coordinate with property teams.

You will support reporting to Property Managers and Leaders, handle additional services (tours, extra cleaning, breakfast) and promote local attractions while keeping high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience as a hotel or Airbnb receptionist is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests using PMS and phone systems.
• Welcome guests and assist during their stay (check-in).
• Offer additional services like tours, extra cleaning, breakfast.
• Advise on local attractions and transport options.
• Support reception coverage and coordinate with Property Management, Cleaning, and Maintenance teams.
