Job summary

REMS is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Malaga's historic center to ensure a perfect guest experience by welcoming guests, assisting during the stay and guiding them with local tips and services. You will use our PMS and phone systems to communicate, check-in guests, and coordinate with property teams.

You will support reporting to Property Managers and Leaders, handle additional services (tours, extra cleaning, breakfast) and promote local attractions while keeping high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience as a hotel or Airbnb receptionist is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your mission

Guest Service Agent at REMS

Summary

The Guest Service Agent is in charge of ensuring a perfect guest experience by: communicating, welcoming and assisting them during their stay, while ensuring the quality compliance of the properties. He is also responsible for reporting to the Property Managers and Property Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).
• Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).
• Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc..).
• Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).
• Cover the reception of the guests in our office.
• Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.

Conditions and Benefits

• Location: Malaga historic center.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1hour break. Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month.
• For the night shift: Schedule varies from 00:00 t0 08:00 am.
• Possibility of part time scheduling starting from 30H/ Week.
• Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile.
• Days off: 2 days per week
• Salary: Between 20.500 EUR and 25.500 EUR annually.

Skills And Qualifications

• Good writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish (French and any other language is a plus).
• Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues.
• Having strong customer relationship capabilities.
• Good knowledge of Andalucía is a plus (restaurants, cultural sites, activities...).T
• Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or AirBnB accommodation is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
