REMS INVESTMENT SL in Spain seeks a responsible Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of managed properties for guest arrivals. You will be the main contact for apartment owners, ensuring clear communication and professional coordination.

Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and daily presence in the Benalmádena/Torremolinos area. Prior property management or hospitality experience is a plus.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Must live in or be able to work daily from Benalmádena or Torremolinos area.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or client relations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee properties to maintain highest standards and readiness for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for apartment owners, keeping them informed about their property.
• Conduct regular inspections and report findings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations.
• Be present in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area for local duties.
• Create visual content related to the property (photoshoot and video tour).

Your mission

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of our managed properties for guest arrivals. The role primarily involves maintaining the properties in optimal condition and managing relationships with the property owners—not the guests.
• You will be the main point of contact for our apartment owners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and professional coordination regarding their property. Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the properties are consistently maintained to the highest standards and fully prepared for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary contact for apartment owners, keeping them informed about their property and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and report findings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations.
• Be present and available in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area, as the job requires local physical presence.
• Creation of visual content related to the property (provisional photoshoot and property video tour).
