• Management of IT projects in the Microsoft environment – from planning to go-live
• Monitoring of timelines, quality, and budget
• Close collaboration with clients, departments, and development teams
• Use of agile methods for efficient project management
• Ensuring clear communication, regular project updates, and thorough documentation to keep all stakeholders aligned and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle

• Several years of experience in IT project management
• Basic understanding of Microsoft solutions (M365)
• Experience in managing project teams and external service providers
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a desire to take on responsibility
• Excellent German skills, good English skills
• A plus, but not required: experience with agile methods or project certifications (Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.)
