Medtronic Market Development Specialist is a remote role focused on expanding adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) across Castilla-León, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, and La Rioja. The preferred locations are Valladolid or Salamanca, with occasional travel within Europe for customer engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field.
• 5+ years in a sales role in MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, or nursing background in relevant areas.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Drive market development by expanding the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors (ICMs) in clinics and centers.
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke; support centers of excellence.
• Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the patient pathway.
• Engage with local sales teams to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement and other units to develop materials and health economics info.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Consultants and District manager to execute CDS projects.
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPI tracking.
• Capture clinical, market, and competitive insights for the Strategic Marketing Team.
