Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to expand the adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors across a defined territory in Spain, including Castilla–León, Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, and La Rioja. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to overcome barriers to access and to strengthen patient pathways.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in MedTech or pharma sales, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Professional experience in clinical environment or medical technology sales advisable.

Responsabilités

• Drive market development by expanding use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors in clinics and new centers.
• Develop patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke with centers of excellence.
• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and stakeholders across the patient pathway.
