Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to expand the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors across Spain. The role is remote with activity in Madrid and other spanish cities, focusing on centers of excellence and stakeholder engagement.

You will partner with sales, marketing and reimbursement teams to drive education, economic value, and regional programs while tracking KPIs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in MedTech or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development by expanding the use of insertable cardiac monitors in clinics and centers.
• Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke with centers of excellence.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with local sales to raise awareness of clinical indications and economic value.
• Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units on programs.
• Engage with Cardiac Rhythm Management teams to ensure project execution.
• Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPI tracking.
• Capture clinical and market insights and represent the business at meetings.
