Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Market Development Specialist to expand the use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors across clinics and new centers in Spain. The role involves building relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and healthcare teams, and collaborating with sales, service, and marketing to drive adoption and regional programs.

The position requires 5+ years in MedTech/pharma sales or clinical experience, with fluency in English and Spanish, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry, or nursing background in cardiology, neurology, ICU, OR, or EMS.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience.

Responsibilities

Drive market development by expanding use of Insertable Cardiac Monitors in clinics and centers.
Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke with centers of excellence.
Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders across the patient pathway.
Partner with local sales team to raise awareness of indications and economic value; conduct workshops and regional trainings.
Collaborate with field service, marketing, reimbursement, and other units to develop materials and programs.
