Ruano Mudanzas, based in Madrid, seeks a Managing Director to lead the company and drive growth across Spain. You will report to Group Management, overseeing operations, business development, and client relations with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

The role requires a strong leadership profile, fluent Spanish and professional English, and aims at expanding revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• Extensive management, operations and/or business development experience in moving/relocation.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership with team management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities and ensure service delivery.
• Lead local team and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor costs, margins and profitability.
• Develop commercial strategy and revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Build relationships with clients and partners.
