Ruano Mudanzas is seeking a Managing Director to lead our Madrid-based operations. You will report to Group Management and oversee overall management, team leadership, and business development to grow revenue across Spain.

The role requires significant experience in moving/relocation, a strong commercial mindset, and an entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style. Permanent, full-time, with a salary up to €55,000 gross plus variable compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities of Ruano Mudanzas in Madrid.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
