Ruano Mudanzas in Madrid is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company, overseeing operations, team management and business development. The role reports to Group Management and focuses on driving service excellence, profitability and strategic growth within Spain.

The candidate should have significant experience in moving/relocation management, a strong commercial mindset, and hands-on leadership. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with French as a plus, and the position is based

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development in moving/relocation.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationships.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; French would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Spanish market and Madrid business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute directly to revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
