Ruano Mudanzas in Madrid seeks a Managing Director to lead the company and drive growth, reporting to Group Management. You will oversee operations, team leadership, and business development to expand in Spain.

The role is full-time, based in Madrid, with an annual salary up to €55,000 gross plus variable compensation. The position requires a hands-on leader with a strong market understanding and English proficiency.

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities of the company and ensure smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
