Ruano Mudanzas in Madrid seeks a Managing Director to lead the company and drive growth. You will oversee daily operations, supervise the local team, and ensure top-tier service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will report to Group Management and align with the strategic direction of the Group. The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on entrepreneurial mindset, and a solid track record in moving/relocation.

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities of Ruano Mudanzas and ensure smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Drive commercial development and revenue growth in Madrid and across Spain.
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing portfolio.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
