Ruano Mudanzas, a Madrid-based moving company, is seeking a Managing Director to lead the business in Spain. You will report to Group Management and be responsible for overall management, operations and development of the local entity.

You will drive commercial growth, manage the local team, ensure service quality, profitability and client satisfaction, and build key relationships across Madrid and nationwide.

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Good understanding of financial and operational performance.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English are required; French would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Spanish market and Madrid business environment would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute to revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
