Ruano Mudanzas in Madrid seeks a Managing Director to lead the company and drive both operations and business development. You will report to Group Management and oversee day-to-day activities, ensure service excellence and monitor profitability.

The role requires significant leadership, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in Spanish with professional English. Based in Madrid, the position offers a permanent contract and full-time hours with a salary up to €55,000 gross plus variable

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Good understanding of financial and operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute directly to revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
