Job summary

K-LAGAN in Madrid is seeking an On-site IT Support Specialist to act as the primary on-site contact for employees at the Madrid office. You will manage incidents and requests, and collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires hands-on Level 2 support for Windows devices, hardware/software provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding processes, with strong Spanish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in corporate IT support or digital workplace services.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1), daily usage with local users and international teams.
• Experience in multi-site and international environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow from qualification through resolution and closure.
• Provide Level 2 support for Windows workstations, peripherals, and standard business apps.
• Handle hardware and software provisioning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
