Tamarind Intelligence in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver first-line technical support to employees, diagnose incidents, and assist in monitoring systems and backups. • 1–2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk.
• Proficient with Windows, Linux and macOS.
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems and backup procedures.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support to employees and collaborators.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to computers, devices, and applications.
• Offer in-person, phone, and remote support and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Handle incidents and requests in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Monitor system alerts and participate in routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist with IT procurement and asset inventory management.
