Doofinder, based in Madrid, is seeking a proactive IT Support profile to join our IT Department on-site. You will ensure colleagues have the devices, access and tools they need to work productively and securely, supporting a diverse team across Mac and Linux laptops, Google Workspace, Slack, and SaaS tools.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years of IT support experience.
• Hands-on macOS and Linux experience (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Google Workspace administration experience.
• Basic Bash scripting.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi.
• Fluent English (B2) and native Spanish.
• Service-oriented mindset for explaining technical topics to non-technical colleagues.
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Curious and eager to learn about systems, identity and security.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues through the ticketing system.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and role changes, including accounts and equipment.
• Manage Mac and Linux laptops: setup, deployments, updates and encryption.
• Administer Google Workspace and Slack: users, groups, permissions, licenses.
• Manage SSO and user provisioning across SaaS tools.
• Apply security policies including MFA and incident response.
• Maintain office network and Wi‑Fi.
• Keep device and license inventory and process documentation up to date.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them with scripts.
