Ruano Mudanzas, based in Madrid, seeks a Managing Director to lead the company, combining operational leadership, team management and business development.

Reporting to Group Management, you will be responsible for overall management, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high service standards with clients across Spain.

Fluent Spanish and professional English required; French would be a plus. Permanent contract, full-time, based in Madrid with up to €55,000 gross plus variable compensation.

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute directly to revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
