Ruano Mudanzas, Madrid-based moving company, seeks a Managing Director to lead operations and business development, reporting to Group Management and shaping the local strategy.

You will drive profitability by overseeing day-to-day activities, coordinating the local team, and ensuring high service standards. You will identify new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain, build strong client relationships, and negotiate key contracts while expanding the local network.

Formación

• Extensive leadership experience in management, operations or business development.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to drive growth.
• Hands-on entrepreneurial approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of financial and operational performance in a services business.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities of Ruano Mudanzas to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor costs, margins and profitability, and optimize operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
