Ruano Mudanzas, a Madrid-based moving company, is seeking a Managing Director to lead the business in Spain. Reporting to Group Management, you will steer operations, develop the local team, and drive growth across the Spanish market.

The role requires significant leadership in moving/relocation, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in Spanish and English. A permanent, full-time appointment offers responsibility, strategic influence, and close collaboration with Group Management.

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English are required; French would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Spanish market and Madrid business environment would be a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute directly to revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities.
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
