Ruano Mudanzas, based in Madrid, is seeking a Managing Director to lead our moving operations and drive business development. You will oversee day-to-day activities, build the local team, and steer revenue growth across Spain through strategic client development.

Reporting to Group Management, you will ensure service excellence, manage costs and margins, and expand the Spanish network while negotiating key commercial proposals and maintaining strong client relationships.

Formación

• Experience in management, operations and/or business development in moving/relocation.
• Strong commercial mindset with business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationships.
• Good understanding of financial and operational performance.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the company and ensure the smooth delivery of moving services,
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team,
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction,
• Monitor operational performance, costs, margins and profitability,
• Manage relationships with suppliers and partners,
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and Group standards,
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and overall performance.
• Drive the commercial development of the company and contribute directly to revenue growth,
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain,
• Prospect new clients and develop the existing client portfolio,
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners,
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals,
• Develop a strong local network and identify new market opportunities,
• Define and implement the commercial strategy in coordination with Group Management.
